- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining Hyatt service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Assist with table setup and preparation before, during, and after service periods
- Process guest bills accurately and handle payments in accordance with hotel procedures
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to create memorable dining experiences

Description
- We are looking for enthusiastic and service oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters / Waitresses.
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and attentive service to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables when required.
- Presenting menus, providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and making recommendations when appropriate.
- Taking guest orders accurately and communicating them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
