- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event packages and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the hotel's overall revenue goals
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and market trends
- Ensure all client requirements and event details are communicated effectively to relevant departments
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after events to ensure a memorable experience

Description
- We are looking for a passionate and results driven individual to join our team as an Event Sales Executive.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events.
Responsibilities
