Description

  • Looking for a passionate and results driven individual to join as an Event Sales Executive.
  • Responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event packages and services.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the hotel's overall revenue goals.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and market trends.
  • Ensure all client requirements and event details are communicated effectively to relevant departments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after events to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
