- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with brand and LQA standards
- Take and process guest orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, timing, and presentation
- Build positive guest relationships by anticipating needs and responding with care
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas and equipment
- Support team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in a luxury or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
- Detail oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Confident using POS systems and handling transactions accurately
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

THE TEAM
- The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers exceptional dining experiences across a range of refined venues, where service is intuitive, polished, and personalized.
- As a Waiter/Waitress, you will report to the Captain and work closely with a passionate team dedicated to delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences through elevated service standards.

- You are confident using POS systems and handling transactions accurately
- You are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
