- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to Rosewood standards
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, wines, and service techniques
- Take accurate guest orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations
- Handle guest concerns using proper procedures to ensure satisfaction
- Complete opening and closing side duties to support efficient restaurant operations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a waiter in a high quality dining environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Clear communication in English
- Ability to carry out physically active duties throughout shift

THE TEAM
- You will join our dynamic Food & Beverage team
- Working closely with a dedicated group of hospitality professionals
- Reporting to the Restaurant Captain
YOUR ROLE
- As a Waiter/Server, you will play a vital role in shaping memorable dining experiences
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Contribute to the success of restaurant operations by maintaining service quality and brand standards
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to Rosewood standards
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, wines, and service techniques
- Take accurate guest orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Handle guest concerns using proper procedures to ensure satisfaction
- Complete opening and closing side duties to support efficient restaurant operations
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- At least three years of experience as a waiter in a high quality dining environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Understand guests’ needs intuitively and provide service with warmth and professionalism
- Confident using POS systems and possess strong coordination and timing when serving
- Can carry out physically active duties throughout the shift and maintain high energy levels
- Communicate clearly in English and ideally speak additional languages
