Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in line with hospitality standards
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional manner
- Take and process food & beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and timely
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality service
- Strong communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
