About the Role

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa requirements and eligibility for destinations including Schengen countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, GCC countries, and other international destinations
- Process tourist, business, student, and residence visa applications
- Collect, verify, and review client documents to ensure compliance with embassy and consulate requirements
- Coordinate visa submissions, biometric appointments, and application tracking
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and travel partners
- Design travel itineraries and arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and travel insurance
- Provide accurate information on visa processing times, fees, and travel regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and support before, during, and after travel
- Promote and sell additional travel services to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency, visa consultancy, immigration consultancy, or related field
- Strong knowledge of global visa procedures and travel documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Telugu is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Travel Visa Consultant to join our growing team in Doha.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international visa requirements, travel planning, and client service.
- You will assist clients with visa applications, travel arrangements, and related travel services while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: QAR 5000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
