Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and management
- Prepare sales agreements, quotations, contracts, and client documentation
- Coordinate property listings, availability, and sales records
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients on documentation, payments, and sales processes
- Coordinate property viewings and appointments with clients and agents
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance dashboards
- Liaise with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidentiality of documents
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably within the Real Estate industry
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Qatar real estate sales processes is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage
- Candidates with Qatar ID and immediate availability are preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to join our growing real estate team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
