- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards
- Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with table setup, mise en place, and closing duties
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a guest focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well groomed and professional appearance

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills.
- As a Waiter/Waitress, you bring a refined level of hospitality, a customer centric approach, and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards
- Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required

Salary Band
- Competitive Salary provided AED 1,600
- Service Charge Average AED 700
- Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (grill house or bar experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
