Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our bar and club team. The successful candidate will provide excellent table and guest service, take food and beverage orders, serve drinks and meals efficiently, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve drinks, food, and snacks promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables.
- Check regularly on guests and respond to their requests.
- Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow all company standards for service, hygiene, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining, bar, and service areas.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous waiter/waitress, restaurant, bar, or nightclub experience is preferred.
