About the Role

Responsibilities
- Read daily events to acknowledge VIP arrivals
- Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Utilize POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete cash out procedures
- Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver
- Ascertain guests’ satisfaction and handle any problems
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout service
- Polish silver, refill salt, pepper, sugar, creamers, etc.
- Ensure work station is stocked with appropriate condiments
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year food and beverage serving experience
- Secondary education
- Proficiency in English
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and customer contact skills

Job Description

- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout service.
- Polish silver, refill salt, pepper, sugar, creamers, etc.
- Ensure work station is stocked with appropriate condiments.
- Report any guest comments regarding food and beverage to manager.
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food and beverage serving experience.
- Secondary education.
- Previous public contact and/or cashiering experience.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Personal Attributes
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Must be well presented and professionally groomed.
- Able to account and handle cash effectively.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Basic F&B product knowledge.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
