About the Role
Raffles & Fairmont Doha seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Leisure Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, including proposals, contracts, CRM management, and coordination with travel partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and maintain client accounts, correspondence, and sales records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and other leisure partners
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow up on quotations, contracts, and payments
- Monitor room allocations, release dates, and booking status in coordination with Reservations and Revenue Management
- Prepare reports, sales activity updates, and performance trackers for the Leisure Sales team
- Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and client requirements
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all sales documentation is up to date
- Support the team in planning and coordinating sales missions, trade shows, and promotional events
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and sales procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales coordination, reservations, or hospitality sales role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
- Experience supporting leisure sales, travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesale business is an advantage
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud, Delphi, or other CRM and sales management platforms is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational requirements

- The Sales Coordinator supports the Leisure Sales team in driving revenue for Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
