Job Description

  • We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our Sales Coordinator.
  • The Sales Coordinator supports the Leisure Sales team in driving revenue for Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
  • This role coordinates sales activities, manages client communications, prepares proposals and contracts, maintains accurate records, and ensures seamless execution of leisure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, correspondence, and sales records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and other leisure partners
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow up on quotations, contracts, and payments
  • Monitor room allocations, release dates, and booking status in coordination with Reservations and Revenue Management
  • Prepare reports, sales activity updates, and performance trackers for the Leisure Sales team
  • Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and client requirements
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all sales documentation is up to date
  • Support the team in planning and coordinating sales missions, trade shows, and promotional events
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and sales procedures

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a sales coordination, reservations, or hospitality sales role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Experience supporting leisure sales, travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesale business is an advantage
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud, Delphi, or other CRM and sales management platforms is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational requirements
