Job Description

  • The Restaurant Manager oversees all restaurant operations to deliver outstanding dining experiences in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop restaurant team members.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and responding to needs.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with luxury brand expectations.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with culinary team for food quality and timely service.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in luxury hotel or fine dining.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multicultural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and restaurant management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills for fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations preferred.
