Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests, present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when required.

Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are communicated to the relevant team.

Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, following established service standards and sequence of service.

Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, promotions, and outlet offerings.

Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and proactively provide attentive and personalized service.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth and timely service.

Process guest bills and payments accurately and handle any billing enquiries professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of tables and service areas in accordance with luxury hotel standards.

Job requirements Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar F&B service role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.

Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and basic food safety and allergen awareness.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple guest requirements efficiently.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
