Valet Attendant

Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and collection services.

Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

Open vehicle and hotel entrance doors for guests as required.

Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel facilities when needed.

Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and document any existing damage.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and valet tickets.

Ensure all guest vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with hotel procedures.

Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance and designated parking areas.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

Report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately to management.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.

Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.

Job requirements Qualifications & Requirements: High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in valet parking, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
