- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Support other operational duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage service is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- 1 year restaurant experience

Job Summary
- We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused, and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities
