- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with waste disposal and kitchen cleaning tasks
- Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and readily available
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is an advantage but not required
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills are preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and responsible team members to join our restaurant operations team as Runner / Steward. The successful candidate will assist in food delivery, table clearing, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Runner Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly.
- Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting dining areas.
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams.
- Support daily restaurant operations during busy periods.
Dish Washer Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
