Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce menu items, BBQ meat selections, and promotions to customers
- Assist guests with grilling BBQ and dining experience when required
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally
- Follow restaurant SOP, hygiene, and service standards
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or F&B experience preferred
- Experience in BBQ, Korean restaurant, or Asian restaurant is an advantage
- Positive attitude and strong customer service awareness
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication required
Preferred Skills
- Candidates with below experience are preferred:
- Korean BBQ grilling service
- VIP customer service
- Cashier or ordering system operation
- Upselling food and beverages
- Open kitchen or interactive dining experience
