Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process meat, vegetables, sauces, and other kitchen ingredients
- Follow food preparation standards and kitchen SOP
- Assist in marination, cutting, plating, and food storage
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels
- Cooperate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards
Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in BBQ, Korean restaurant, hotpot, or Asian cuisine is an advantage
- Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication preferred
Preferred Skills
- Candidates with experience in below areas are preferred:
- Meat cutting / meat processing
- BBQ or grill station
- Sauce preparation / marination
- Cold kitchen / side dishes
- Dessert or beverage preparation
- Inventory and kitchen stock management
