Join a casual dining restaurant team as a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter or Waitress.
The role is focused on guest service and creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Keep tables clean, organized, and properly set.
- Check on guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant or casual dining environment is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- A positive attitude and pleasant personality are expected.
- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English is required.
- A well-groomed and professional appearance is expected.
- The candidate must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
