Role Overview
A QSR brand in Dubai is hiring energetic, customer-focused Crew Members.
The role is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate service according to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, assist with menu selections, take orders at the counter or drive-thru, and handle inquiries and special requests.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to standard recipes while maintaining quality, portion control, and food safety.
- Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and electronic payments.
- Pack orders efficiently and verify accuracy before delivering them to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and temperature-control policies.
- Dispose of waste and clean equipment responsibly.
- Work with kitchen and front-of-house teams, assist with opening and closing, and support colleagues during peak hours.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good basic math skills for POS and cash handling.
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous food service, hospitality, or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Food handling certification is preferred, or candidates may be willing to obtain it.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
Workplace
- The position is full-time and based in person in Dubai, UAE.
