Role Overview
The Waiter/Waitress provides exceptional dining experiences and supports high standards of front-of-house service.
The role is part of the hotel's front-of-house team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Set up and break down dining areas for services or events.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Adapt to changing needs during busy periods.
