Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly manner.
- Serve customers according to company standard operating procedures.
- Present menus and explain portions, ingredients, and potential food allergies when required.
- Upsell products to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A proactive and energetic attitude with a positive can-do approach is expected.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is required.
Experience and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality field is required.
- One year of similar experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
