Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when necessary.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Process payments and thank guests upon departure.
- Support team members and participate in briefings and training.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous waiter/waitress or similar customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A positive, customer-focused, and professional approach is required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is required.
- The ability to stand for long hours and carry trays as needed is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
