Job Summary
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished, service-driven Waiter or Waitress.
The role delivers attentive, personalized dining experiences while reflecting the Club's distinctive service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized table service throughout member and guest dining experiences.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while accommodating preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily offerings to provide recommendations.
- Anticipate needs, maintain tables and service stations, and coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and Food and Beverage colleagues.
- Process bills and payments accurately and maintain food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Club service standards.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred.
- One to two years of waiting or Food & Beverage service experience is required.
- Private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, member-service, professional, discreet, and culturally aware capabilities are expected.
- The role requires the ability to remain agile and composed while maintaining service excellence during busy periods.
