- Serving food and beverages by delivering orders to tables promptly and ensure that everything is served correctly
- Familiarity in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Maintaining cleanliness by keeping tables, utensils, and the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Hotels, Fine Dining restaurants or Bars
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Professional proficiency in English language
- Ability to clearly convey information, listen to guests, and respond to their needs effectively
- Capability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to collaborate with other colleagues

About You
- Ability to clearly convey information, listen to guests, and respond to their needs effectively including understanding guest preferences and handling complaints gracefully.
- Capability on managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient service.
- Basic Food Knowledge in understanding of menu items to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Willingness to collaborate with other colleagues and support each other to ensure smooth operations.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Hotels, Fine Dining restaurants or Bars.
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.
