- Supervise the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain exceptional service standards and guest experiences

- Monitor bar setup, cleanliness, stock levels, and service readiness throughout operations
- Work closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Support training, inventory control, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards

- Preferably has experience in a luxury bar, restaurant, or 5 star international hotel in a similar role

About the Role
- As a Bar Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences.
- You will support the daily operations of the bar, supervise and motivate team members, maintain high service standards, and work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- This role requires a hands on leader who can confidently oversee service, guide colleagues, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
