- Interact and engage with guests, delivering personalized service and maintaining high service standards
- Welcome, greet, and ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally throughout their experience

- Build strong guest relationships through suggestive selling and by creating memorable experiences
- Present guest bills when required and maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the system
- Work closely with the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service techniques and guest engagement practices
- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor bar and lounge environment
- Passionate about interacting with guests and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5 star hotel environment is preferred
- A proactive, self motivated team player who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment

About the Role
- As a Guest Relations Executive – Outdoor Bar & Lounge, you will be the face of our guest experience, building meaningful connections and ensuring exceptional service throughout every visit.
