Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to guests upon entrance
- Handle guests’ concerns professionally
- Present the restaurant menus and help guests select food and beverages
- Take and serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations
- Recommend desserts to guests after meals
- Maintain complete knowledge of all foods, beverages, promotions, outlets, services, and hours of operation
- Total checks, present them to guests, and accept payments
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, runners, kitchen, and bar staff
- Constantly check guests to see if they need anything
- Train new and existing staff
- Provide fast and exceptional service to guests
Requirements
- Ability to prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
- Ability to attend to guests upon entrance and handle concerns professionally
- Knowledge of restaurant menu to present and recommend food and beverages
- Ability to take and serve orders accurately
- Ability to total checks, present bills, and accept payments
- Willingness to attend basic food hygiene and work safety training

Job Description
- Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Attending to guests upon entrance.
- Handling guests’ concerns professionally.
- Presenting the restaurant menus and helping the guests select food and beverages.
- Taking and serving orders and answering questions or making recommendations for other foods and beverages.
- Recommending desserts to our guests after they finish having their meals.
- Maintaining complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, promotions, outlets, services, and hours of operation.
- Totalling checks, presenting them to the guests, and accepting payments.
- Collaborating with other restaurant servers, runners, kitchen, and bar staff.
- Constantly checking our guests to see if they need anything.
- Training new and existing staff.
- Providing fast and exceptional services to our guests.
Additional Duties
- Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Pre bussing the tables after our guests finish having their food.
- Issuing bills and accepting payment from our guests.
- Completing side works during and at the end of each shift. This includes, but is not limited to, folding linens, cleaning the expo and workstations, cleaning and refilling items on the credenzas, wiping silverware, and cleaning the soda taps.
- Attending basic food hygiene and work safety training programs.
- Carrying out other related tasks and responsibilities.
