About the Role
Trove Restaurant and Cafe LLC is hiring a Shisha Server to ensure guest satisfaction by providing shisha service according to restaurant standards. Responsibilities include preparing and serving shisha, maintaining the shisha bar, and assisting with opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the service to the guest is as per the restaurant’s standards, in order to maximize guest satisfaction and departmental profit
- Ensures that the shisha bar is well stocked with shisha accessories and all the necessary equipment are well maintained
- Welcoming the guests on arrival and helping to seat them
- Recommending and suggesting specialties to the guest and up selling whenever possible
- Taking orders from the guests and following through with service in compliance with the restaurant’s standards
- Responsible for packing shishas and preparing the shisha bar
- If opening, responsibilities include turning on lights, thermostat, filling shishas, resetting furniture, cleaning, cutting fruits, stocking, and setting outside furniture
- If closing, responsibilities include breaking down shishas, cleaning glasses, wiping service bar, setting aside trash, turning off burner/lights/thermostat, completing end of day reports

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the service to the guest is as per the restaurant’s standards, in order to maximize guest satisfaction and departmental profit.
- Ensures that the shisha bar is well stocked with shisha accessories and all the necessary equipment are well maintained.
- Interacting positively and professionally with the guest, colleagues, and other departments as appropriate and required.
- Welcoming the guests on arrival and helping to seat them.
- Recommending and suggesting specialties to the guest and up selling whenever possible.
- Taking orders from the guests and following through with service in compliance with the restaurant’s standards.
- Ensuring that all side stations are tidy and clean at all times.
- Reporting any breakage to superiors.
- Attending all regular departmental briefings and contributing to open communication within the assigned team.
- Being familiar with and abiding by the company’s internal policies and safety procedures.
- Responsible for packing shishas and preparing the shisha bar.
- If opening, responsibilities include turning on lights, thermostat, filling shishas, resetting furniture, cleaning, cutting fruits, stocking, setting outside furniture, and other duties.
