Qualifications

• Proven experience in a waiter, server, or similar food service role in a professional dining environment (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable for our Jeddah location.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and carry items safely throughout your shift.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy; willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order-taking, billing, and service execution.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling challenging situations or demanding guests.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, seating them promptly and providing menus with detailed recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver orders efficiently and professionally, maintaining awareness of table needs and proactively offering assistance
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience
• Clear tables promptly and reset them to our service standards, maintaining an organized and clean dining area at all times
• Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
• Anticipate guest needs before they're expressed, addressing concerns with empathy and finding creative solutions to any issues that arise
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards, representing our establishment with professionalism and pride
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy periods, multitasking effectively while maintaining service quality and composure
• Support team members during peak service times, demonstrating flexibility and a genuine commitment to collective success
