Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations of Hills Pool Deck, maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences
- Monitor service standards, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties according to business levels
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the POS system and billing procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the bar and kitchen, and report shortages
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and upselling techniques
- Ensure upselling of food, beverages, and promotions to maximize revenue
- Assist management in achieving departmental targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant
- Previous experience in pool bar or outdoor dining operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications
