Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses during assigned shifts
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring personalized dining experiences
- Monitor service standards, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties according to business levels
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the POS system and billing procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with bar and kitchen, and report shortages
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and upselling techniques
- Ensure upselling of food, beverages, and promotions to maximize revenue
- Assist management in achieving departmental targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper cash handling and closing procedures are followed
