Role Overview
Lead the global Solutions Engineering presales function supporting Prophix One across all operating markets.
Own the function’s strategy, team development, presales execution, competitive positioning, and performance improvement.
Work at the intersection of Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support global growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a global team of Solutions Engineers and establish standards for technical excellence and customer focus.
- Align Solutions Engineering capacity and strategy with pipeline goals, territory plans, and revenue targets.
- Own presales engagements from discovery through proof-of-concept for complex buying groups.
- Develop scalable demo frameworks, discovery methods, and enablement resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market messaging.
- Report on performance metrics, win-loss trends, and team capacity to senior leadership.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development programs for the expanding function.
- Refine competitive positioning and maintain tools, talk tracks, and proof points for high-stakes evaluations.
- Use Claude, Navattic, and related tools to improve organizational reach and effectiveness.
