About the Role
A banking client seeks a Head of Digital Transformation, Project Management to own and drive the digital transformation agenda across Retail Banking from strategy to delivery. The role involves end-to-end delivery of digital projects, continuous improvement, and risk management.

- End to end delivery of digital transformation projects on time, on budget, and built to last
- Continuous improvement of operational efficiency through automation, data analytics, and process redesign
- Adoption and embedding of digital tools and ways of working across Retail Banking
- Proactive risk management spotting issues early and resolving them before they become problems
- Quality control standards and defect reduction through rigorous monitoring and improvement cycles
- ROI tracking and budget accountability across the transformation portfolio
- Supporting the department with timely performance data and cross unit reporting
- Driving high stakeholder satisfaction internally and with external partners
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience leading project management, digital transformation within banking/financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, emerging trends, and delivery best practices
- A track record of delivering results in fast moving, complex environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Job Overview
- We are currently supporting one of our banking clients in the search for their new Head of Digital Transformation, Project Management
