About the Role
Tandem Search is seeking a Finance Associate (3-5 PQE, England & Wales qualified) for a leading international law firm in Dubai. You will advise on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and general corporate lending.

Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending
- Draft, review and negotiate finance documents and related transaction documentation
- Support lenders, sponsors, corporates and investors on complex domestic and cross border transactions
- Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence and deal execution
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on high profile regional and international mandates
- Coordinate with clients, local counsel and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Requirements
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3–5 years' PQE
- Strong training and experience gained within a leading banking and finance practice
- Experience advising on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending
- Excellent drafting, technical and analytical skills
- Commercially aware with strong communication and relationship management abilities

- A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Dubai.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on domestic and cross border financing transactions across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.

- Excellent drafting, technical and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware with strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Motivated, collaborative and keen to develop within a leading finance practice.
