Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in corporate banking, including relationship management, credit, and business origination
- Strong local network in the corporate segment
- Demonstrated ability to originate new to bank relationships and deliver measurable business growth
- Strong knowledge of capital allocation frameworks, risk adjusted return metrics, and balance sheet optimization
- Strong credit structuring and analytical capabilities across corporate banking products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are currently supporting one of our banking clients in the search for senior corporate banking originators to join their team.
- This is a pure business development and new to bank origination role, focusing on corporate clients across industries and all Emirates.
- You'll own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, structure tailored financing solutions, and drive new business development across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new to bank origination across diverse industries.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the bank’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and risk teams, to structure solutions for clients.

Candidate Requirements
