Role Description
- The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement attractive in store layouts and window displays that align with brand guidelines and chapter event themes.
- Day to day responsibilities include planning visual concepts, arranging merchandise and promotional materials, and ensuring displays are engaging, functional, and consistent across locations.
- The role involves collaborating with retail and event teams, monitoring customer response to visual changes, and adjusting layouts to support sales and member engagement objectives.
- The Visual Merchandiser will also document display standards and provide guidance to staff on maintaining visual consistency.
- This is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with some work from home tasks such as design planning, coordination, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage visitors effectively.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills to design displays that support revenue goals and enhance the in store experience.
- Candidates should possess Window Displays expertise to create visually compelling, brand aligned presentations for events and retail environments.
- Experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or related fields, with a portfolio of previous work.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of current design and merchandising trends.
- Proficiency with basic design or layout tools is an advantage; experience in the UAE retail or real estate sector is a plus.
