- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and recommend improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with members, stakeholders, and partners
- Relevant experience in association management, real estate, or property management is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office software and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and adapt to changing priorities

Role Description
- The Operations Supervisor is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees day to day chapter operations, including scheduling events, coordinating training programs, and ensuring smooth delivery of member services.
