Requirements
- Ability to develop and implement Brand Strategy and Brand Development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in Brand Management and Branding to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
- Experience working with professional associations or real estate–related organizations is an advantage
- Proficiency in using digital tools for brand implementation (e.g., social media platforms, basic design or content tools)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Brand Consultant is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- This role is responsible for shaping and strengthening the IREM® UAE Chapter 126 brand across digital and offline channels.
Day to day tasks
- Developing brand positioning and messaging
- Advising on visual and verbal identity
- Ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials, events, and communications
- Collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to plan and execute brand initiatives
- Supporting member engagement campaigns
- Monitoring brand performance and audience feedback
- Preparing brand guidelines
- Advising on content and social media strategy
- Identifying opportunities to enhance brand recognition within the UAE real estate community
Qualifications
