Requirements
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building systems and facility equipment
- Experience in Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and resolving equipment failures efficiently
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance practices, including scheduling, inspections, and documentation
- Background in Industrial Maintenance or similar technical environments is highly beneficial
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety guidelines
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage part time, hybrid work schedules
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with property managers, vendors, and other team members

Role Description
- Part time Maintenance Technician role, hybrid position based in Dubai with mix of on site responsibilities and some work from home tasks such as documentation and reporting.
- Perform routine equipment checks, conduct preventive maintenance, and carry out general maintenance and repair work for building systems and facilities.
- Daily activities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating with vendors or contractors when needed, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting industrial maintenance tasks where applicable, and communicating effectively with property management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
