Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Support visual merchandising standards across all stores.
- Assist with displays, product presentations, and promotional campaign setups.
- Coordinate with store teams to follow brand guidelines.
- Assist with store openings and campaign installations.
- Manage visual merchandising props inventory, organization, and usage.
- Prepare photo reports and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of visual merchandising and retail coordination experience is required, preferably in beauty.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
