Role Overview
The Public Relations Officer manages official government and legal documentation to support compliant business operations in the UAE.
Government Relations
- Manage formalities with immigration, labor departments, and other government entities.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance with applicable laws.
Visa and Immigration
- Process employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate work permits, residency permits, and employment documentation.
- Work with HR to support timely onboarding documentation.
Trade License and Compliance
- Manage trade license, commercial registration, and legal document renewals and amendments.
- Coordinate licensing requirements and maintain records of renewals and changes.
Documentation and Liaison
- Prepare and submit official company and employee documents to government bodies.
- Maintain confidential and secure document filing systems.
- Act as the main contact between the company, internal departments, and government entities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and legal formalities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- UAE driving license is stated as required in the qualifications section.

- Work location is in person.
