Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of visual merchandising activities, administration, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and organize visual merchandising guidelines, tools, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams on visual merchandising initiatives and projects.
- Track and report visual merchandising activities and requests.
- Maintain relevant systems and documents according to established processes.
- Organize schedules, priorities, and ongoing team tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and smooth communication.
- Assist with store openings and campaign installations.
- Manage visual merchandising props inventory, organization, and usage.
- Support photo reports, prop management, and supplier coordination.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Two to three years of operations coordination or administrative experience is required.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills are required.
- Attention to detail and reporting accuracy are required.
- Good communication and follow-up skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is required.
Work arrangement
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person.
