Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design high-quality visual materials, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials across all Simex Group divisions.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing and corporate communications.
• Design and produce digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Manage, update, and maintain company websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Optimize website layouts, images, and content to improve user experience and support SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and management teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions and proposals by designing professional layouts and visual content.
• Develop event and exhibition materials including booth branding, signage, roll-ups, and promotional collateral.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, production companies, and developers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain and organize all design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access and reuse.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, and basic video editing as required.
• Monitor industry trends, design innovations, and competitor materials to continuously enhance creative output.
• Support internal communications by designing announcements, newsletters, and corporate materials.
• Ensure all outputs align with Simex Group’s corporate image and commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and website management; experience within corporate or multi-business environments is preferred.
• **Skills:**
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Attention to detail and brand consistency
• Project and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
