Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and market development activities
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales team members as business expands
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within Qatar
- Proven experience in selling automotive products, batteries, electronics, home appliances, lubricants, additives, or related FMCG products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business accounts
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred

- The candidate will play a key role in driving B2B sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within Qatar.
- Proven experience in selling automotive products, batteries, electronics, home appliances, lubricants, additives, or related FMCG products is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business accounts.
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
