About the Role

  • Simex Group is seeking a dynamic and results driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing startup business specializing in FMCG products.
  • Products include Batteries, Electronics, Home Appliances, Car Lubricants & Additives, and Vehicle Spare Parts.
  • The candidate will play a key role in driving B2B sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and market development activities.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales team members as the business expands.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote the Simex Group brand in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within Qatar.
  • Proven experience in selling automotive products, batteries, electronics, home appliances, lubricants, additives, or related FMCG products is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business accounts.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
