- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, PR, and on ground activation channels
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all business units
- Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO
- Lead planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and product launches
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and performance analysis
- Manage relationships with media partners, creative agencies, and suppliers
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign schedules, and project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, branding, or integrated marketing
- Proven experience managing marketing functions within large organizations or diversified groups
- Experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms

About the Role
- Simex Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic FEMALE Senior Marketing Communications Executive to lead integrated marketing and communication initiatives across multiple business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives and business growth targets.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, public relations, and on ground activation channels.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all business units and communication touchpoints.
- Safeguard and strengthen the Simex Group brand identity across all internal and external communications.
- Lead the development of high quality marketing and corporate communication materials.
- Oversee and optimize the company’s digital marketing activities including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend assessments.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, business units, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Project Management are an advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, branding, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing marketing functions within large organizations, diversified groups, or multi business environments.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and corporate communication initiatives.
- Experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong exposure to B2B marketing, business development support, and lead generation strategies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
