Job Overview

  • We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for our startup business specializing in FMCG products, including Batteries, Electronics, Home Appliances, Car Lubricants and Additives, and Vehicle Spare Parts.
  • The role focuses on driving B2B sales and expanding our market reach.
  • Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and supporting recruitment and training of new members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Qatar.
  • Experience in selling automotive products, electronics, home appliances, or related FMCG products is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Pay

  • Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
