Visual Designer

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate refined AI-assisted concept imagery, interior and exterior atmospheres, façade studies, mood boards and visual narratives.
• Translate written direction, sketches, references and early massing studies into persuasive visual outputs that remain architecturally credible.
• Write, test and refine prompts for different design tasks, styles, scales, project types and levels of control.
• Curate and edit imagery with a strong eye for composition, proportion, materiality, lighting, atmosphere and restraint.
• Produce short-form animation, image-to-video studies, visual sequences and presentation content where required.
• Identify and correct visual inaccuracies, implausible details and design inconsistencies before material is shared.
• Help improve the studio’s AI workflows, reference libraries, style controls, upscaling methods and repeatable production processes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and visualisers to ensure imagery supports the evolving design direction rather than becoming generic visual output.

Required Experience And Capability

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, visualisation, interior design, concept design or a closely related field.
• Strong command of current AI image and video tools such as Freepik, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flux, Seedream or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent visual judgement, with a strong understanding of architectural composition, scale, materiality, lighting and storytelling.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; 3D modelling, rendering or animation experience is beneficial.
• Ability to produce both exploratory mood imagery and more controlled, project-specific visual material.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, composition, atmosphere and the ability to work across different project types without defaulting to generic styles.
