- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to maximize ROI
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO activities to improve website visibility
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop compelling creatives and marketing assets
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 1 3 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing.

- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
